Tennis

Like golf, tennis has repetitive twisting in the upper body, which can develop an imbalance within the body.  Pilates will strengthen the upper body, by developing one's Powerhouse you can place your shoulder correctly to score a successful shot.  Strengthening the Powerhouse will aid in preventing back injuries from placing the back in a vulnerable position such as bending, reaching, or turning in to a laterally flexed position.
